Upgrade, operation and maintenance of the sewage treatment plant, ten (10) sewage pumping stations and associated works.  The upgrade works include the implementation of new technologies and equipment for reducing the operating costs of the plant.  The successful execution of the upgrade works and the meticulous operation and maintenance deliver tertiary treated water suitable for unrestricted irrigation at the lowest operating costs.
